Self Pride - No doubt we will feel good when we see and know that clients have benefited from private sessions or classes we gave. The negative ego will pop its head up, “Aha! I'm quite good actually and better then a lot of people!” Such prideful thought and behaviour usually is the greatest obstacle to the accuracy in our divinity dowsing work. As we all know, with Pride cometh the Fall! This will only result in a fall in the level of our of consciousness. This will also, obviously, contaminate us as a channel too. So always look into the mind and stay away from pride and ego.
Amazing to me people manage to get up this early (7:00 a.m. or earlier) to participate in movement. People in this free flowing movement class are probably 17 – 70+ years old. Everyone is silent before we begin. With awareness we crawl slowly around the room and begin, at the level of micro-movements, to slowly stand up. I usually stand with knees slightly bent.
I also carried a tremendous amount of anger towards men for much of this lifetime. I know that some of it originates from my father being so abusive. But I was to learn that my struggles with men did not originate in this lifetime. This made me more determined to get to the root of my anger with men in this lifetime so that I could heal and move on. I have learned in my metaphysical studies that unresolved pain, hurt and karma will definitely bring us back to work the karma out in a future lifetime.

Don't get caught up using too many stations and thinking a lot of activity is the key to a good class. Turning out good gymnasts and your students having a good time are the keys to a good class.
Nothing bugs these types of students more than unfair punishment and the sceptre of a 'teacher's pet'. Therefore, make sure you deal equally with all students committing the same 'offence'. Don't bring past history or reputation in to your dealings with students in a new class or year. Tell the class every student begins in your class with a 'clean sheet'. You will not remember or seek to find out their 'reputation' unless they give you cause to do that.

And there are places where one can borrow consciousness raising sound and video tapes. There is a bookshop in the main office filled with tapes and books and things one might need. Some come for room and board but most are here for workshops and seminars.
People come and go as they want (in some sessions) and no one is judging – except possibly you. The air outside is clean and clear and crisp. The golden sun is rising and the mist moves over the cliffs and mountains casting shadows or playing with the forms and crags – every moment a new scene–a new view. Life is happening!
